Staycation competition - terms & conditions.

1. Promoter

This “Giveaway” is organised by Osprey Charging Network Ltd of Camburgh House, 27 New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3DN (“Osprey”), in collaboration with Abbie Dewhurst (“the Promoter”) and Matsons Ground Estate Company Ltd of Unit 1D, Low House Business Centre, Cumbria, LA23 3NA (“Matsons”) (altogether, referred to as the “Group”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to permanent residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 25 or over at the time of entry.
• The winner must hold a clean and valid UK driving licence and be 25 years or older to qualify for the EV hire.
• Employees of the Group, or any of their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion or the Promoter are not eligible to enter it.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the prize draw, participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in the post by Abbie on Instagram, but for the avoidance of doubt those instructions will consist of: Following @abbiedewhurst1 @ospreyevcharging and @matsonground on Instagram; ‘Like’ the post relating to this Giveaway; Tag other Instagram accounts in the comments section of the Instagram post relating to this Giveaway; Entrants may share the post on their own Instagram story which will count as an additional entry to the Giveaway.
• An eligible person is permitted to enter as many times as they wish but they must only do so in their own capacity for themselves. Any automated entries will be disqualified.
• Entries must be received by Abbie no later than 23:59 on 22/02/25. Any entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

• Only one (1) winner will be randomly selected by Abbie on 23/02/25 to receive the Prize.
• The “Prize” consists of: A three-night “staycation” at a holiday cottage near Windermere and Ullswater, where conservation and biodiversity projects are supported on an organic farm. A four-day EV hire, arranged by Osprey (the “Hire Period”). Free charging at all Osprey charging locations during the Hire Period.
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The Prize does not include the following, which are the responsibility of the winner: Any charging at other charging network locations not operated by Osprey Travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses Any other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a name-picking tool.
• The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories and tagged by Abbie.
• The winner must respond to Abbie via Instagram within 14 days of being tagged in order to claim their Prize. Failure to do so may result in the winner forfeiting the Prize; the Promoter and Osprey reserve the right to randomly select an alternative winner in the event of a winner failing to notify Abbie within 14 days as referred to above.
• The winner must answer a set of questions provided by Abbie for Osprey and Matsons to facilitate Prize arrangements. The questions are to allow the Group to deliver the Prize arrangements. The question will consist of: The winner’s full name; Contact phone number; Home address; Delivery address for the EV hire (that should be the same as their home address, if not the entrant must provide details as to the different addresses as soon as possible); Email address for the winner.

6. Prize Redemption & EV Hire Terms

• The Prize must be redeemed by the winner between September – December 2025 and is only eligible for redemption during this period.
• The EV hire is subject to the following conditions: The winner must be a qualified vehicle driver who is 25 years or older. The winner will comply with the car insurance conditions and requirements arranged by Osprey for the EV hire and any other reasonable requirements notified to them by the Osprey or the Promoter. The winner will need to set-up an account with Osprey via the Osprey App which will then facilitate the free charging as part of the Prize during the Hire Period.

7. General Terms

• the Promoter and Osprey reserves the right to amend or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• The Group is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or delays beyond its control.
• By entering, participants agree that their Instagram handle and/or name may be publicly announced if they win.
• By entering, participants agree to be contacted via Instagram direct message, phone call or email by the Promoter for the purposes of facilitating the Giveaway and Prize arrangements.

8. Data Protection

• All entrants consent to the processing of their data for the purposes of administering this Giveaway.
• Personal data supplied during the competition will only be used for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and fulfilling the Prize. It will not be shared with third parties beyond the Group or used for any other purposes.
• The winner’s details will not be used for marketing purposes unless they opt in.

9. Liability

• The Group accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in this Giveaway and/or accepting the Prize.
• The EV hire and accommodation are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the respective service providers and the winner of the Prize must comply with those terms and conditions at all times when engaging with those service providers in respect of the Prize.

10. EV Hire

·      The EV hire vehicle will be ordered by Osprey for the winner through EVision Electric Vehicles who are a trading name of H. E. Group Ltd (Company Registration Number 02079614) of Whitewall Road, Strood, Rochester, Kent, ME2 4DZ
