Zapmap's annual Driver Survey results

In Zapmap's annual Driver Survey, thousands of EV drivers rate the public charging networks they use on a range of criteria to produce two overall rankings, for Large networks and for Medium size networks. The top networks receive Zapmap Driver Recommended badges.

We're delighted to see in the results today that Osprey Charging achieved joint 3rd place in the Large Rapid & Ultra-Rapid Network category (>500 charge points) just behind Tesla and Motor Fuel Group and joint-third with IONITY.

🌟 We're particularly proud of drivers voting us joint highest for Customer Service, alongside Tesla, and scoring well for ease-of-use and reliability.

We also received a Driver Recommended badge for the sixth year running, the only network to achieve this.

This recognition caps off a year of milestones for Osprey, including:

✅ Completing a £110m debt funding package to accelerate our roll out of super-fast, reliable EV charging hubs in prime UK locations.

✅ Launching our first large hub sites with new landlord partner Legal & General.

✅ Opening our second flagship hub, near Glasgow Airport, with two more freehold sites secured and in development.

✅ Innovating fast in response to industry challenges, including the creation of our proprietary alarm and alerting system to combat cable theft.

✅ Winning BusinessGreen's Fast Track Company of the Year, and Charge Point Network of the Year for the third year running at the EVIEs!

Our CEO Ian Johnston said, “I’m very proud of Osprey earning this high level of driver recognition for the sixth year running. These are the opinions that really matter to us, showing that drivers value our focus on customer experience, service and reliability. We are seeing the positive results of our shift towards deploying large hubs at premium retail and strategic road locations that drivers prefer.”

Thank you to every driver who rated and recommended Osprey and to each and every person across the business whose hard work and commitment drives this quality and consistency year after year.
