This is a fully-funded opportunity for landlords and developers with cutting-edge ultra-rapid EV charging technology. High passing traffic or visitor numbers are a prerequisite for success.
Site requirements
- 4+ car parking spaces. - Long-term leases with competitive rental income. - No upfront or ongoing costs to landlords. Osprey undertakes and funds all charger development, operation, and maintenance.
- Greenfield or brownfield sites considered as well as existing buildings with car parking. - On main arterial routes. - Co-location opportunities with drive-thrus and discount food operators. - Sites from 0.2 acres, close to amenities or the opportunity to develop a complimentary use adjacent.
We work with developers to deliver EV charging for roadside and retail schemes, fully or part funding site substations.
